Civic Power Symposium

Join the Annette Strauss Institute for Civic Life and New Politics Forum for their annual youth-focused conference, Civic Power Symposium. The event will help participants understand how to harness their own unique power and collaborate with other young adults on pathways to progress. Participants will not only hear about pressing issues in their communities but will also learn innovative strategies about how to get involved and make an impact.

We are thrilled to announce that our conference keynote and interactive session will be led by Eric Liu, notable TED speaker, executive director of the Aspen Institute Citizenship and American Identity Program, and author of You're More Powerful Than You Think: A Citizen's Guide to Making Change Happen.

Registration for the event is now open and scholarships are available to those in need. We encourage you to use the discount code “friends” (lower-case, no quotes) for 50% your registration.
