The Center for Mexican American Studies (CMAS) is proud to announce its spring 2014 academic conference, "Illustrating Anarchy and Revolution: Mexican Legacies of Global Change," taking place Feb. 5-7 in Austin. The conference traces various efforts to imagine a better, more inclusive political future for Mexico, especially efforts rooted in the anarchist legacy of the Mexican Revolution. In addition to panel sessions and plenaries, the conference includes a mixed media exhibition and performance at Mexic-Arte Museum on the evening of Friday, Feb. 7.
