Troyer is a social scientist at ARO assisting the U.S. Army in developing its basic research program in the social and behavioral sciences. In this capacity, she serves as the army’s point-of-contact for the Department of Defense’s Minerva Initiative, aimed at assisting the government in learning from and supporting the work of social and behavioral scientists.
