The University of Texas Nutrition Institute (UTNI) is a two-day conference bringing together cutting-edge nutritional sciences research, medicine and the culinary arts. The conference takes place May 22-24.
Professionals from disparate worlds—scientific researchers, culinary professionals and medical doctors—join to discuss their particular approaches to wellness and health through smarter food choices.
Highlights include hands-on cooking classes with Chef David Bull (limited space available in these classes), keynote address by pediatrician Ari Brown, the latest research on childhood obesity, nutrition in pregnancy and an event catered by Chef Bull's award-winning Congress restaurant.
