Jennifer Orlet Fisher, PhD presents a talk titled, “Family influences on appetite and snacking among young children.” The talk is part of an on-going speaker series in the Department of Nutritional Sciences.
Fisher is an associate professor of public health and the interim director of the Center for Obesity Research and Education at Temple University. Her research focuses on the development of eating behavior during infancy and early childhood. The broad goal of her research is to understand how early eating environments influence child behavioral controls of food intake and health outcomes, particularly overweight.
