Sweat, punch and kick the hour away in this cardio kickboxing workout. Equipment and experience is not required. This class is offered as part of a series of free First Thursday classes. Open to currently enrolled UT students and RecSports members. Be sure to bring your UT ID and arrive early as class size is limited and space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Class location is Gregory Studio South.
