Labyrinth Meditation Group

Tuesday, May 6 at 5:00pm to 5:45pm

Regular meditation has been proven to help manage stress and relieve depression. Join Labyrinth Progressive Student Ministry each week for a free session made especially for beginners. We practice several kinds of meditation during the semester, including breath prayers, walking the Labyrinth, centering prayer, guided imagery, and more.The group session lasts 45 minutes.
