L. Theo Bellmont Hall (BEL), 232 (Second Floor) 2109 SAN JACINTO BLVD , Austin, Texas 78712

Human Dimensions of Organizations (HDO) is a Master's program for the innovative professional.

15-Month Program. Weekend Classes. Distance Learning Option.

By exploring lessons from diverse disciplines including psychology, history, literature, sociology, and ethics, with some of the University's best professors, an HDO degree will help you understand:

• How businesses and nonprofits actually work, and why they sometimes don't.

• How and why the key components of these organizations—people—behave and work the way they do.

• How to create lasting and effective change in organizations of any size.

Join us for an informal information session to learn more about the program and meet the director and staff. Interested folks can sign up for the session at the following link: http://hdo.utexas.edu/information-session/
