Meditation Thought in Introductory Workshop

Establish a center of peace and balance within yourself through a simple practice of meditation. This practice addresses the root cause of the clutter of thoughts and the associated stress it creates. A regulated mind guided by our heart improves clarity of thinking and our decision making process. This workshop gives you the foundational information to establish a successful practice of meditation.

This practice of meditation meets every Thursday evening and is free and open to all.
