Register: Online Engineering Ethics Course

Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 8:30am to 10:30am

Sponsored by Center for Lifelong Engineering Education. The online Engineering Ethics course provides an overview of the basic tenets of engineering ethics and the ethical obligations of engineers. It offers an approach to resolving ethical problems in which it is not at all clear what the solution is, what the choices are or even what standards apply. It assumes that an engineer's most important asset in resolving an ethical problem is the ability to think creatively about the problem and to generate options.
