Overcoming Hatred: A Human Rights Symposium

The annual symposium is a speaker series hosted by the White Rose Society. This year's progam includes:

March 29 - Keynote Speaker: Nontombi Naomi Tutu, a race and gender justice advocate and the daughter of Archbishop Desmond Tutu.

March 31  - William J. Morgan, Holocaust survivor and Founding Member of the Holocaust Museum Houston.  A reception honoring Mr. Morgan begins at 6PM.

April 1 - Dr. Paula Newberg, UT Department of Government, Charles N. Wilson Chair in Pakistan Studies, and former Special Advisor to the United Nations .
