Paid Research Study: Recruiting Native Mandarin Speakers

The SoundBrain Lab at UT-Austin (https://csd.utexas.edu/research/sound-brain-lab) is recruiting native Mandarin speakers ages 18-30 for a research study.

We are using electroencephalography (EEG) and functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) to measure the brain's response to auditory stimuli. Participants will wear a cap on their head that passively measures the brain’s response to sound.

You will get compensated $15/hr for your time.

If you’re interested, please email soundbrainlab@austin.utexas.edu and we will check your eligibility. Qualified participants will be native Mandarin speakers with less than 5 years of music training.
