Relaxation, Breathing & Meditation

Ever been interested in trying meditation or practicing with a group on campus? Now is your chance. Sessions begin with a brief discussion about different techniques and then meditation typically lasts 15-20 minutes. Taught by Greg Liotta, MSW and Program Coordinator at CSR, who has professional experience in bringing awareness to the interconnectedness of mind, body, and breath. Held at the Center for Students in Recovery, but open to all campus students.
