SEED Workshop: "Time & Procrastination"

Achievement in academics and the workplace both begin with the basics: plenty of sleep, nutritious meals, a balance of work and play, and useful stress-reducing strategies. Having a hard time with any of those? Come learn how to practice time management skills, prioritization, and other techniques for fitting it all in. (Note: This course is intended primarily for undergraduate student employees.)
