Start off the New Year with Get FIT

A 12-WEEK FITNESS AND FAT LOSS PROGRAM FOR UT FACULTY, STAFF AND GRAD STDUENTS. Program is located in Bellmont hall and includes 3 days/week of exercise, nutrition behavior classes, and PRE and POST DXAs to help keep track of progress.
