Emilie Phillips Smith, PhD presents a talk titled “Supportive and Engaging Interactions that Foster Positive Youth Development.” The talk is part of an on-going speaker series in the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences.
Smith is a professor of human development and family studies at The Pennsylvania State University. Her research is focused on youth and family development with an emphasis on children and families of diverse racial-ethnic and social background.
