The Dr. Jennifer and Emanuel Bodner Developmental Stuttering Laboratory at The University of Texas at Austin is recruiting children ages three to eight for a research study about awareness and perceptions of stuttering. Eligible participants include children who do and do not stutter.
The testing takes 30-40 minutes to complete and consists of a hearing, speech, and language screening, watching a short video of puppets talking, and answering a total of 14 questions about the puppets' speech characteristics. Testing takes place at The University of Texas at Austin or at a place of your convenience. Weekend and after-school hours are available.
