In this Spanish-language panel, Lozano Long Visiting Professor Raquel Padilla Ramos, Professor Juan Silverio Jaime (Yaqui tribe) and Mario Luna Romero (Yaqui tribe, Secretario de la Autoridad Tradicional en Vícam) discuss the water rights dispute between the Yaqui people of Sonora, Mexico, and their state government.
