Weight Loss Express is a 12-week interactive and introductory nutrition and weight loss education class run by a registered dietitian through UT's Fitness Institute of Texas. Participants will receive personalized dietary feedback and will be given recommendations for changes that fit their lifestyle and food preferences. Class size is limited; sign up now.
