Women’s History Month: Reclaiming Herstory Across Disciplines

This display is focused on writing women back into history. The materials highlighted here focus on women and women’s contributions throughout history and across disciplines, the evolving understanding of femme identities, and the progress of feminist thought and pedagogy. Here, subject librarians have highlighted important people, works, and movements in their areas of specialization to represent the breadth of impact femme-identified folks had and continue to have in every field and throughout history.

Join in the celebration by responding to weekly Women’s History prompts in person as part of the display, or via Twitter and Instagram, tagging @utlibraries and including #UTLibraryWHM.
