$25 Gift Card - Study on Human-Robot Encounters

You are invited to participate in a study focused on human comfort and stress during robot encounters. This study will involve the collection of electrocardiography (ECG), electrodermal activity (EDA) Signals from the human body. We will measure participant stress level during experiments and in response to various stimuli. During experiments you will be asked to sit and complete simple tasks like watching a short video. Following the experiment, you will participate in a 30 minute focus group. Up to 90 total subjects will be recruited for these experiments, including 2-4 subjects per experiment session. This is a research study and has been approved by The University of Texas at Austin Institutional Review Board.

The experiment will take approximately 1.5-2 hours. Compensation will be given to all participants in the form of a $25 Tango Card.
