Aikido 'Learn to Defend' Class

Aikido is a system of self defense whose primary aim is protection against physical attacks. However, the philosophy and techniques of Aikido can be used to deflect the stresses and strains of life. Aikido is the art of dancing with an opponent trying to kill you.

  • No Japanese knowledge, uniform needed (sweat pants, T-shirt are fine)
