The LeaderShape Institute is an immersive, week-long, leadership development experience from January 11-16, 2015 open to all majors. Sixty selected undergraduate students will explore their personal values, communication style, and life goals, to encourage more people to lead with integrity. By participating, students enter into a close-knit community of motivated people looking to positively impact the world. Application restricted to undergraduate-seeking students in good academic standing at UT Austin, who have completed one semester in residence at UT, and have at least one semester remaining before graduation at time of application.
