Austin Anxiety Treatment Group Spring 2023

The University of Texas Laboratory for the Study of Anxiety Disorders (UT LASD) is currently offering a counseling group designed to address anxiety disorders using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

When: Thursdays from 7:00-9:00 pm
