Billy Collins: Author Reading and Book Signing

Join former United States Poet Laureate and New York Times bestselling author Billy Collins as he reads from his new collection of more than 125 small poems, all of them new, and each a thought or observation compressed to its emotional essence.

Musical Tables (Random House, 2022) is the latest from Collins, who is the author of 12 collections of poetry. A former Distinguished Professor at Lehman College of the City University of New York, Collins served as Poet Laureate of the United States from 2001 to 2003 and as New York State Poet from 2004 to 2006. In 2016 he was inducted into the American Academy of Arts and Letters. 

The reading will be followed by a book signing and reception.
