From March 9–11, 2023, The University of Texas at Austin College of Liberal Arts will host BIPOC Pop 2023, an event that will bring together creatives, scholars, and industry leaders of color in the comics, gaming, animation and multimedia arts to focus on strengthening community through the sharing of cutting-edge, creative, critical knowledge-making in the multimedia storytelling arts. The event is free and open to all.
