Community Conversations Series

Join us for a Community Conversation about The City, the large-scale paintings now on view at the Blanton Museum of Art.

We'll explore this artwork through close looking, learning about the artist’s process and intentions, and wide-ranging conversation about racism in our society.  The facilitators will frame the discussion and encourage thoughtful dialogue.  Each session will last about 45 minutes and will be limited to *50 participants.

Please check in with our Visitor Services Desk at least 10-15 minutes before the program begins due to limited capacity.

*Please note our event on September 20 is limited to 20 participants.

Coordinated in collaboration with For Freedoms' 50 State Initiative.
