Connecting Around Chronicity offers an opportunity to reduce isolation, foster resilience and find strength in community. Join us to gain tools for emotional well-being, share coping strategies and build connections with others who truly understand what you’re going through. Participants can drop in for one, some or all group sessions. Sessions will be held in hybrid format with in-person and virtual participation options.
