The Anxiety & Stress Clinic at The University of Texas at Austin is providing up to three free, remote stress management therapy sessions for people experiencing significant distress due to COVID-19. Using the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, clinicians will teach stress management techniques and set implementable goals tailored to each person’s specific concerns.
