Data Carpentry Workshop

This 2-day Data Carpentry workshop will teach fundamental data skills needed to conduct research. We will cover working with tabular data using spreadsheets, OpenRefineSQL, and Python. The workshop is designed as an introduction to these technologies, no prior computational experience is required. Lessons will build on learners' existing knowledge to enable them to quickly apply these skills to their own research. Registration and more information is available here.

This workshop is co-hosted by UT Libraries and the Texas Advanced Computing Center. If you would like to hear about upcoming Carpentries workshops being hosted at UT, sign up for our mailing list at: https://utlists.utexas.edu/sympa/info/ut-carpentries-workshops.
