Volunteers needed for a research study!

The study, Hospital to Home Transitions of Seniors with Dementia from the Caregiver’s Perspective, focuses on the hospital discharge process for seniors with dementia. You are eligible to participate if you are a caregiver 21 years of age or older who helped a senior with dementia after hospital discharge in the past two years.  The study involves an in-person interview at a location convenient to you.
