Diverse Voices featuring Dr. Germine H. Awad

Please join LAH and the LAH Diversity Action Committee for our next Diverse Voices event featuring Dr. Germine H. Awad on Tuesday, January 29th at 12:30 PM at the Julius Glickman Conference Center in RLP 1.302 B.


Dr. Awad is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology and faculty associate in the John L. Warfield Center for African and African American Studies and the Center for Middle Eastern Studies. Her identity and acculturation research examines prejudice and discrimination toward racial/ethnic minorities, specifically Arab/Middle Eastern American and African Americans, and body image among women of color.
