Drop-in Mindful Eating and Mental Health Support Hour

All CMHC groups are free and confidential.

This weekly drop-in group is open to students seeking a supportive space to explore their relationships with food and the body. This group provides a nonjudgmental and confidential environment to further understand and be curious about disordered eating thoughts and behaviors and their impact on mental health. Join this space as needed throughout the semester for additional support. The drop-in format of the group is a great way to access mental healthcare without having to make a weekly commitment.
