Drop-in Support Hour for Substance Use and Mental Health

All CMHC groups are free and confidential.

This weekly drop-in group is open to all students seeking a supportive environment to explore their relationship with substances. Students looking to make changes to their substance use, or no changes at all, are welcome. Concerns might include substance misuse, learning about safe substance use practices, moderation, increasing awareness and insight about current use, relapse and maintaining long-term recovery.

The group is grounded in harm reduction and provides a non-judgmental and confidential environment to explore how substance use may be impacting relationships, coping, academics and more. We acknowledge that different goals work for different people.

The drop-in format of the group is a great way to access mental healthcare without having to make a weekly commitment. Students can attend one, some or all sessions. Feel free to schedule an appointment with a group facilitator to explore whether this group may be a good fit for you.

Registration - Click below to enter your name and email address. The facilitator(s) will send a follow-up email containing the Zoom link.
