UP + UP catalogs a pivotal moment for 39 young artists graduating from the Department of Art and Art History at The University of Texas at Austin. Work included in the exhibition ranges from print to sculpture, and painting to photography. UP + UP demonstrates technical and conceptual acuity, as well as marks a transition from experimentation to actualization. Selected by a peer and faculty committee, the exhibition provides a glimpse into the artistic energy found at UT Austin. The exhibition includes work by students receiving bachelor’s degrees in Art History, Studio Art, or Visual Art Studies.
