We are overjoyed to introduce the globally practiced heartfullness meditation to UT students now. In today's busy world, our minds are preoccupied so much with stress, fear and other negative emotions. It is making us either live in the stress of the past or fear of the future. How wonderful it would be to live at moment and lead the mind with our heart through meditation! In this workshop we will explain the heartfulness meditaiton technique and then we will meditate in group for about half an hour. We'll talk about experiences and have Q&A at the end.
