We are conducting a usability study for the new financial aid portal that UT is planning to roll out, which will replace the existing system (CASH).

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness and usefulness of the portal. Our hope is to improve the experience of students and families when navigating the financial aid process.

We are looking for participants for a usability study.
