First-Generation College Celebration Day

First-Generation College Celebration Day is an on-campus event hosted by the campus-wide First-Generation Commitment Working Group. The event will take place in conjunction with the nationally recognized day of celebration for first-generation college students across the country.

Students, faculty, and staff who identify as first-generation college students are invited to a celebratory come-and-go reception where they can enjoy refreshments, network, and more. Weather permitting, the event will conclude with a group photo on the Tower steps at 4 p.m.
