University Health Services will provide flu shots to UT students, faculty, and staff. Bring UT ID and insurance card, if you have insurance.

INSURANCE BILLED FOR faculty/staff with UT Select insurance and students with health insurance (except HMO plans, plans based outside the U.S. or government insurance such as Medicaid and Medicare).

$10 CHARGE FOR (payable by cash or check only) faculty/staff not insured by UT Select, all UT retirees and students who are uninsured or who are covered by an HMO plan, an insurance plan based outside the U.S. or government insurance such as Medicaid and Medicare).
