Four-Day Certificate Program: Language & Leadership

The Language & Leadership Certificate Program from Human Dimensions of Organizations at UT Austin prepares participants to be persuasive and effective leaders. Participants will gain tools to craft authentic organizational narratives (for internal and external audiences), to communicate clearly and productively in project-based environments, to apply principles from psychology and ethics to build resilient teams and organizations, and to understand how awareness of culture can contribute to ethical leadership and good decision-making in organizations.

This program includes the following courses:

Registration includes fees for all courses, catering (breakfast, lunch, and refreshments), parking validation, WiFi access, books, and materials for each course. Upon completion of your program, you will receive a digital and hard copy certificate.
