The Personal Leadership Certificate Program from Human Dimensions of Organizations at UT Austin prepares participants to be strategic, authentic, and ethical leaders. Participants will gain tools to boost personal and organizational well-being; to develop awareness of how culture can contribute to effective decision-making; to develop productive time management, prioritization, and project management techniques; and to better understand individual behavior and competing motivations within organizations.

This program includes the following courses:


Registration includes fees for all courses, catering (breakfast, lunch, and refreshments), parking validation, WiFi access, books, and materials for each course. Upon completion of your program, you will receive a digital and hard copy certificate.
