Free to be ND: Neurodiverse Student Support and Skills Discussion Group

Please note that discussion groups are not therapy groups.

All CMHC groups are free and confidential.

This weekly discussion group is open to all students who identify as Neurodivergent (ND) including Autistic and/or diagnosed with ADHD/ADD, Sensory Perception Disorder (SPD), Tourette's, or a Learning Disability.

The purpose of the group is to create an open, welcoming, respectful, and confidential space where students can connect and talk openly about their experiences of being ND students at UT. Common topics that may be discussed in the group include self-advocacy to professors or medical providers, dating, social relationships, how to comfortably navigate campus, and more.

This group is drop-in based, and students can attend one, some or all sessions.
