The Secular Student Alliance (SSA) aims to promote secular values and provide an explicitly non-religious space for students to connect. This is particularly valuable to those of us who de-converted from a religion as it can be difficult to find people who share that experience back home. Anyone is welcome, however, regardless of current or past religious affiliation or lack thereof.
Each general meeting is different, so if you want details about what our plans are for upcoming meetings, consider connecting with us via one of the methods on the linktree. Generally speaking, however, meetings tend to be a blend of presentation and discussion. Sometime we will also do activities such as our beloved "create-your-own-religion" worksheet.
No sign up, dues, or RSVP required. Just show up if you're interested and stay as long as you like. We hope to see you there! :)
