Join a Texercise instructor for 30-minutes of High Intensity Interval Training 2x a week. Open to all UT students, this class uses work-rest intervals and bodyweight modalities to get your heart pumping and body moving. The class is self-paced and accessible to participants of all abilities. No sign up required. You will need a clear floor space to move, bottled water and a mat or towel to cushion the ground. Resistance loop bands are optional, but not required for class.
