Please join us for our January mini-retreat to get the New Year off to a great start!

To begin, Alisha Cahue from the Leadership & Ethics Institute will be guiding us through "True Colors: Develop Your Leadership Style".  In this workshop, we'll complete The True Colors assessment to gain insight into our own leadership styles as well as how to effectively work alongside others.

Once we're finished with True Colors, we'll have lunch.  Members and non-members welcome!

After lunch we'll transition into a members-only SWOT Analysis with Erika Frahm from UT Human Resources.  SWOT Analysis is a simple but useful framework we'll use to analyze our organization's strengths and weaknesses, and the opportunities and threats we face.
