The students of Italian Drama Workshop and Antonella D. Olson present Sei personaggi in cerca d'autore (Six Characters in Search of an Author) by Luigi Pirandello. The play is in Italian. Pirandello’s masterpiece was written in 1921 and revised in 1925; in our production, we adapted the latter version. In 1934, Pirandello received the Nobel Prize in Literature for his contribution to theater. We believe that this work played a crucial role in such an important recognition. In fact, this play has redefined and revolutionized theater at an international level.
