Texas Athletics strives to host environmentally sustainable events at all of its venues and to imbed sustainability into its operations and facilities on a daily basis. To fulfill this goal, Athletics is looking to hire Sustainability Student Assistants to help continue progress in the BLEED ORANGE.™ LIVE GREEN. campaign.

The Texas Athletics BLEED ORANGE.™ LIVE GREEN. initiative was established in 1996 and is responsible for monitoring and educating fans about the waste diversion efforts inside the stadium. Previously primarily focused on waste diversion, we are expanding our sustainability efforts to include water and energy conservation as well as increase our education and outreach efforts.

We are looking for students who are passionate about sustainability; excel at creative thinking; work proactively and efficiently; and work well in a team setting.
