Free EventJoin us in KLRU Studio 6A (located in CMB) on Monday, March 4 at 5:15pm as Evan Smith interviews Timothy Shriver, Ph.D. Dr. Shriver is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Special Olympics International, the organization founded by his mother, Eunice Shriver. He is also a leading educator focusing on the social and emotional factors in learning. He co-founded and currently chairs the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL), the leading school reform organization in the field of social and emotional learning.
Tickets are free but an RSVP is required.
Doors for KLRU members open at 4:15pm, doors for general admission open at 4:45pm. Interview runs from 5:15 - 6pm.
Entrance is based on capacity.
KLRU is located in CMB at the corner of Guadalupe and 26th (Dean Keaton). Audience entrance is up the stairs from street level on the plaza.
