LGBTQ+ Drop-in Support Space

Please note that discussion groups are not therapy groups.

All CMHC groups are free and confidential.

Each session will begin with support and discussion around a queer-specific topic. Around the middle of each session (varies depending on the needs of the group members present), we will transition to an open forum where participants can seek out and offer support, solidarity, and community with one another. If you would like email reminders for these drop-in spaces, along with the facilitator's drop-in office hours each Wednesday, please contact the facilitator (see below).
