If you are over the age of 18 and identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer (LGBTQ), we are inviting you to participate in a research study called "LGBTQ Health Experiences." The purpose of this research study is to better understand the experiences of LGBTQ individuals in healthcare settings related to discussing sexual orientation and gender identity with healthcare providers. Your participation in the study will help with understanding what influences a person’s decision to come out or not come out to a health care provider. This knowledge can improve the experiences of LGBTQ individuals in health care settings, which can contribute to better health.

Completing the online survey will take approximately 25 minutes, and at the end of the survey, you can enter a drawing to win a $75 Visa Prepaid Debit Card. Your chance to win is 1 in 100. Also, if you are interested, we may invite you to participate in a follow up interview.
